Little Hat Creek Farm
Little Hat Creek Farm is a small ecological vegetable farm run by Ben Stowe and Heather Coiner on five acres in Nelson County, VA. We grow a variety of vegetable and fruit crops, replacing chemical fertilizers and pesticides with ecological methods that boost biodiversity. The diet of our pastured laying hens is supplemented with compost and a non-GMO feed. We also produce bread and pastries that are made entirely by hand baked in the radiant heat of a wood-fired oven. And, we just added a new bakery building and packing shed!
Farm Sales: Wood-fired sourdough bread, croissants and other sweet & savory treats; Fruit & vegetables including: melons, cucumbers, summer squash, tomatoes, onions, garlic, raspberries.
Farm Animals: Chickens
